I haven't had this NTC0023-18 cordless tacker gun very long. Did a couple flower boxes for my wife. I was looking forward to using it to build some bird houses (retirement). Now the battery won't charge at all. I don't want to throw more money after bad so I will just look for a different brand and say I waisted my money on this brand. It also would not work with a certain brand nail. Waisted $ there too.
I bought the nail gun from Neu Naster thinking that I was getting a special tool. Yes, the nail gun is well made and works as described in the vendor’s site but if you need a tool that lasts more than 1 hour of constant working, this tool is not for you. Replacement batteries are very hard to find unless you buy from AMAZON at a higher than normal cost. Neu Master should have provided a longer lasting battery or at least provided two of its 2.0 ah battery. This way one could be on charge while the other battery is being utilized. I do like the tool itself but I find that one battery renders this nail gun useless for extended usage. I wouldn’t recommend this tool unless NEU MASTER made this nail gun available with either two 2.0AH or one 4.0AH battery!
As someone who loves doing DIY projects, this nailer has been a game changer. It's so easy to use and the results are great. I also appreciate that it comes with a lot of nails and staples, so I don't have to worry about running out.
If you're doing any home improvement projects, I highly recommend this nailer. It's easy to use and produces great results. Plus, it's cordless, which makes things so much easier.
