30-Day Return Policy

At Neumaster Tool, we value your satisfaction with our products. Therefore, we have implemented a 30-day return policy to ensure you have ample time to request a return after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet certain criteria. It should be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a return is easy. Simply contact us at neumastercs@gmail.com, and our team will guide you through the process. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping address and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues

We encourage you to carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and take appropriate measures to rectify it.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

While we strive to accommodate returns, certain items are non-returnable. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, as well as custom products or personalized items, cannot be returned. Additionally, for safety reasons, we do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns or questions about the return eligibility of a specific item, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item as outlined in our return policy. Once the return is processed and approved, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item. This will ensure a faster and smoother process to obtain the product you want.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
